It is now possible for users to produce a small report from their own CHD audit results, using the LITE Version of the analysis file below. The Instructions on how to run and analyse the results is located within the Zipped file provided.
This version of analysis will only give the practice a raw set of data, i.e. how they did for each criteria. It will not allow you to compare yourself to other practices. If you would like a full report, you need to send your results to Leicester PCAG.
