"We all know the Q&O framework is not meant to cover disease areas comprehensively and this is reflected in the fact that template necessarily contain more than just the fields using the codes covered by the framework. However, it is useful to be able to identify which of those fields are in a template at a glance. PCAG's templates have therefore been upgraded so that fields in the templates carrying the Q&O framework are highlighted with an asterik (*)." (DS)
