PCAG seek new Community Audit Facilitator

The PCAG team are currently looking to recruit a new Community Audit Facilitator, following the promotion of the previous post holder.

The Community Audit Facilitator will be responsible for providing support to community-based staff across Leicestershire.  This is a very interesting and diverse role.  The post holder will work with a wide range of healthcare professionals (e.g. health visitors, district nurses, therapists, midwives, school nurses, etc).  In addition, the Community Audit Facilitator will assist in the delivery of multi-practice audits, provide audit support on a wide range of projects and deliver audit training.

This is an important position.  PCAG are hopeful that the new post holder will be able to take forward the work that we have undertaken in this field over the last six months, as well as establishing new relationships and meeting new challenges.

It is vital that the new post holder is enthusiastic, confident and possesses the ability to motivate others.  Ideally the post holder will have a background in community healthcare, although this is not essential.  The post holder should have an understanding of clinical audit and quality and possess excellent organisational and communication skills.

The starting salary is £21,734 per annum.  It is essential that all applicants possess a current driving licence and are able to travel across Leicestershire.  Annual mileage will be approximately 3 to 4,000 miles and the post holder is reimbursed accordingly. This is a full time vacancy – 37 hours per week.

For more information, please contact the PCAG Manager, Stephen Ashmore, 0116 295 1482.  This is a re-advert and previous applicants should not apply.  Interviews are scheduled to take place on Thursday 20th May.
