The PCAG Service Level Agreement was re-negotiated at the start of 2004 and the current SLA now covers 2004/7.
The current SLA builds upon previous agreements by specifying those parts of PCAG's work programme which will be continued into 2005 and by identifying new initiatives which PCAG intend to undertake in forthcoming years.
